Miles Telleris open to sharing the onscreen spotlight with his wife.
TheTop Gun: Maverickactor, 37, exclusively told PEOPLE at the Feb. 12 premiere of his latest movie,The Gorge,that he “would love” to someday star in a movie with his wife,Keleigh Sperry, 32.
“She always wants to play my wife in a movie, so I would love for that to happen,” Teller explains. “She actually shot a scene inWar Dogs.She wasn’t my love interest and then they cut it. No fault to hers, but I would love to do a movie.”
The pair previously shot scenes together forTaylor Swift’s 2021“I Bet You Think About Me” music video, in which they play a groom and bride, while Swift plays his ex who crashes the wedding. The couple also shot a2023 Super Bowl adthat features them dancing at home with their dog, Bugsy.

The couple walkedThe Gorgered carpet afterlosing their hometo the Los Angeles wildfires in January nearly two yearsafter buying it in 2023.
In a speech atThe Gorgemovie premiere, Teller acknowledged the tragedy saying, “I just want to thank you all for coming. I mean, I know personally, I’m sure a lot of people in here know as well, it’s been a tough couple of weeks in Los Angeles, so I appreciate everyone who’s taking the time to come out tonight. We know there’s been a lot of displacement and it’s not the easiest thing to do.”

Asked why the movie is the perfect Valentine’s weekend watch, Teller tells PEOPLE, “just because it’s a love story. That’s what it is at its core. And so, if there’s any holiday, I guess, to watch a romantic movie, even if it’s set in a bit of a sci-fi world … Yeah. It’s perfect."
The pair met a Grammys afterparty in 2013. “I told my buddy, ‘I think I’m going to be with this girl for a long time,’ ” he toldPEOPLEin 2017. The couple gotengagedin 2017 while on an African safari andwed in 2019.
They celebrated their fifth wedding anniversary in August 2024 with asurprise proposalfrom her. “Miles always said it’s not fair men don’t get proposed to so cheesed out and did it for him,” she wrote on Instagram.
