According to the outlet, Foxx, 55, and Huckstepp dined at Nobu Los Cabos Hotel, where they were seated at a table on an outdoor patio with ocean views.
It’s at least the second Cabo trip for Foxx and Huckstepp this month, after they previouslyjetted off to the Mexican hotspotoverLabor Dayweekend.

TheOscarwinner first sparked romance rumors with Huckstepp when they werespotted dining with a group at Nobuin Malibu, California, in August.
Though Huckstepp has not stepped out with Foxx at any public events, she attended the world premiere of hisNetflixfilmDay Shiftin August 2022, where she was photographed on thered carpet. (She did not pose with the actor.)
An actor who was on the set of the new ad, as an extra, told PEOPLE that Foxx and Huckstepp were together on set for at least one of the days of filming. “Theyseemed cozy,” the insider said.
“[Foxx] had people around, but they weren’t surrounding him or keeping him away from the rest of the set and crew and actors,” they added, noting that the actor was “incredible to work with.”
Earlier this month, a source told PEOPLE that Foxx “is doing fantastic” after hesuffered a medical emergencyearlier this year, and added that Huckstepp is a good match.
“Alyceis a total sweetheart,” the insider said, also noting that Huckstepp “is Australian but has been in the U.S. for a while.”
