In the movie , Ferdinand ’s still a Samson who is n’t into being aggro , but in this translation , he ’s guide to a farm full of other critters ( well-disposed and otherwise ) , where he ’s apparently being groomed for a corrida .
Ferdinand ’s story has been adapt to film before , in a 1938 Disney cartoon .
