Most hoi polloi may already be happy enough with 1 and 10 Gigabit speeds , but most multitude do n’t well out HD movies or move around total hard drive over their meshwork . The Ethernet Alliance knows this , and has just laid out a roadmap detail how they ’re going to add 40 Gigabit and 100 Gb speeds to the Ethernet criterion .
